Alongside our management services, we also built Lizt — a WhatsApp-based tool that helps simplify communication between landlords, tenants, and facility teams.

Founder & CEO, Property Kraft

Tunji is a lawyer, economist, and serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in finance, tech, and real estate. Before founding Property Kraft in 2020, he advised on major investment deals and supported startups across multiple industries. Since then, he has led the company's 10x growth, driven by a bold vision to build Africa's largest property management company and deliver a truly frictionless rental experience.

Dr. Dotun Olowoporoku

Dotun is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across startup operations, investment management, and growth strategy. He is a General Partner at Ventures Platform, where he leads investments in high-potential technology startups across Africa. Dotun brings deep expertise in innovation, growth strategy, and governance to the board.

Oladipo Omogbenigun

Dipo is a technology and commercial leader with extensive years of experience driving growth and operational excellence across Africa's digital and payment space. He has built major fintechs that have become unicorns (valuation over $1bn). Oladipo brings a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic sales leadership, and deep understanding of fintech and enterprise solutions to the board.

Kehinde Dabiri

Kehinde is a corporate finance executive with experience spanning financial services and fintech across Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK. He is the Co-founder and former CEO of Ceviant, a treasury and cash management platform serving African enterprises. He previously held senior roles at Dunn Loren Merrifield Advisory Partners, where he led a range of equity, debt, and M&A transactions. Kehinde brings strong expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, and business leadership to the board.
